About Coach

I was never the real fit or athletic guy growing up. The only sport I got into was tennis, I was in varsity all four years of high school, but yet I wasn't passionate about it. I’ve always wanted to find something I could be passionate about and truly give my all to. One day a friend from tennis invited me to go work out with him and his family. He told me that his family owed a gym, so naturally, I said yes. Little did I know after stepping into that gym would change everything.

Turning Point

My friend’s family owned a CrossFit Box and that’s how I was first introduced. I was completely hooked and addicted! I still remember my first workout 21-15-9 of deadlifts and box jumps followed by a mile run. I died right there on the gym floor after I was done. Yet in the back of my mind, I had so much fun working out. Especially with the fun and family-style community. Also, it felt so rewarding to truly push myself for once. I was ready for my next class before ending my first one. I was workout out originally because I was always the chubby kid growing up. I was bullied a lot for my weight, thus I wanted to work out to lose weight. I wanted to put a stop to the bullying, which is how I was able to walk through the doors of a CrossFit. After being a member for a year, I had a realization that I had to be comfortable in my skin no matter what. I was doing everything in this gym for myself and nobody else. I was happy and now healthy through CrossFit now. I made so many memories through CrossFit as well as friends and family. Our community is like no other. I found a passion I was longing for something to finally give my 110% in. CrossFit is a part of my daily life, one of my favorite things in my life, as well as my job. Now here I am as a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, trying to show the world how I can change your life. Just the way it changed mine.

Motivation & Passion

I love showing my love and passion for CrossFit to everyone, especially our members. I wanna share how it can truly change your life like it did for me. It can change you physically from the workouts. It can change you emotionally from the friends and family you make in your gym. It can even change you mentally to build a strong foundation for yourself as an individual. All of us coaches were exactly where you are right now. Now we wanna show you just how much CrossFit can change your life, just like it changed ours.
